TEAMS integrates STEM education with theme-based practical experiences of real-life engineers. In addition, its competitive environment motivates students – with recognition at the local, state, and national level – while strengthening their understanding of STEM connections with the world in which they live. The TEAMS competition is creative, exciting, and theme-based, with problems designed to be solved in groups of four or eight - replicating the way engineers work. Competitions are open to middle and high school students who compete in their prospective levels: middle school & high school.
